This is the highlight of the safari. After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing from the rangers. You will then set off into the forest to track one of the gorilla families. The trek can take between two to six hours, depending on the location of the gorillas. Once found, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing them. Return to the lodge for relaxation and, if time permits, a visit to the local community projects.

Day 6: Return to Kigali and Departure
