Pay For Gorilla Permits – Are you planning for a Gorilla Safari in Uganda, you need to understand the terms and conditions. In most cases, you may ask yourself if you can make payments for Gorilla Permits in Uganda on arrival. 

Uganda does not take cash payment on arrival, all payments are done cashless either by mobile money transaction, POS machine/visa/Mastercard and others.

Uganda Gorilla permit gas been increased from $700 to $800 per person for foreigners and Uganda shillings 250,000 for the East African Citizens. These changes in prices are effective from 1st July 224 to 1st July 2026. The Gorilla Habituation has not been changed, it will remain at $1,500, however we always advise if you would like to do Gorilla Habituation, you ensure you book the permit in advance and plan accordingly.
