Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you’ll be warmly greeted by our team and escorted to your accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala. Take the opportunity to rest and acclimate to your new surroundings, or explore the vibrant city at your leisure.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic journey to Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, you’ll witness Uganda’s picturesque landscapes, passing through rural communities and lush countryside. Upon arrival, settle into your lodge and prepare for the adventures ahead.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Safari

Rise with the sun for an early morning game drive through Murchison Falls National Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, and more. In the afternoon, cruise along the Nile River on a boat safari, marveling at the wildlife congregating along the riverbanks.

Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

Today’s journey takes you to Kibale Forest National Park, renowned for its diverse primate population. Enjoy scenic vistas along the way as you traverse Uganda’s countryside. Upon arrival, settle into your lodge nestled amidst the forest, preparing for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience the next day.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk

Set out into the forest in search of chimpanzees and other primates on a thrilling trekking adventure. Later, explore the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, home to numerous bird species and other wildlife. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings before returning to your lodge for the evening.

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, stopping for lunch along the way. Upon arrival, embark on an afternoon game drive through the park, encountering a diverse array of wildlife against the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains.

Day 7: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari

Start the day with a sunrise game drive, followed by a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel. Keep your camera ready as you cruise past herds of hippos, basking crocodiles, and an abundance of birdlife. Return to your lodge in the evening for a relaxing night amidst the sounds of the wilderness.

Day 8: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. As you wind through the scenic countryside, anticipation builds for the upcoming gorilla trekking experience. Arrive at your lodge in the afternoon, where you can unwind and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

The highlight of your safari awaits as you trek through the dense forest in search of mountain gorillas. Spend an unforgettable hour observing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, a truly humbling experience that will leave a lasting impression.

Day 10: Departure

After breakfast, bid farewell to Bwindi and transfer back to Entebbe International Airport for your onward journey. Reflect on the incredible memories and experiences gained during your 10-day adventure through Uganda’s exclusive gorillas and wildlife safaris.
